Returns & Exchanges

At Aje, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected pieces are not quite right, we offer a 14-day return period for a refund, exchange, or store credit on all full-priced items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Aje tags and designer packaging still attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
